 Position Overview:

  The Laser Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of press brake machinery at customer sites. This hands-on, customer-facing role involves working with advanced metal forming equipment, ensuring proper setup, 

operation, and integration within manufacturing environments. 


 ⚙️  What You’ll Do:   

  • 🔧 Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial laser systems (fiber, CO₂, or solid-state).
  • 🧠 Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and optical issues on-site.
  • 🧰 Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades.
  • 📞 Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • 📋 Document service visits, repair reports, and system configurations.
  • ✈️ Travel to client sites across region/nation/globally-up to  100% travel.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment at customer sites — ensuring uptime, reliability, and safety across multiple industries.

This position requires up to 75% travel, offering a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. 


 🔧 What you'll Do:

  • 🔧 Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial equipment and      machinery.
