Our Story
A & P Advanced Recruiting and Human Resources Consulting began in 2015 as a way to stay home with my daughter while still pursuing a fulfilling career. What began as a way to balance family life with my career aspirations has since evolved into something far more rewarding.
In 2022, I rebranded the business to better capture my mission: helping people land rewarding careers and supporting businesses with their HR needs. Over time, my passion has deepened into a dedication to matching talented professionals with companies that share their values. As a self-proclaimed HR geek with a fascination for machinery and manufacturing, I enjoy working with people in the industry where I can combine my love for high-tech equipment with my drive to help individuals thrive.
